you've watched enough videos about it.

Now live like it's already yours.

An ebook and a 45-day journal. You need only 15 minutes a day.

50 cents a day. Instant download. 7-day refund.

sound familiar?

You get it. You just can't stay in it.

me too, for a long time.

You watch a video and feel it for a day or two. Then you check your phone, nothing has changed, and you're back to waiting. Vision boards, scripting, affirmations on repeat. I tried all of it and kept ending up back at the start.

What finally worked for me was boring: one small practice, every day, until living from the end felt normal.

the whole idea, on one page

How the law of assumption works

Neville Goddard taught it in the 1940s, and it fits in one sentence: assume you already have it, feel what that's like, and carry that feeling into your normal day.

In practice, you think about your life the way you would if it were already settled. You'll slip back into hoping, worrying or checking, probably many times a day. Each time you notice, you go back to the assumption.

No crystals, no moon phases, no lucky numbers on the clock. The hard part is keeping it up, so most of The Method is a journal that gives you somewhere to do it every day.

What you get

Two pages from The Method ebook taped to a table, with highlighted lines and a taped photo. Handwritten note: nine short chapters, read it in one evening.

part one

The ebook

A read you can finish in one evening if you lock in. I explain the law of assumption in plain English and walk you through the practices the journal is built on.

  • What the law of assumption says, and what people often get wrong
  • Living in the end
  • Revising a day that went the old way
  • The minutes before sleep
  • Staying with it when nothing has changed yet
Day 1 of the 45-day journal: one prompt and space for the morning, a slip and tonight's scene. Sticky note: day 1 takes about five minutes.
one page a day
part two

The 45-day journal

One page a day. You write in the present tense, as someone it has already happened to.

  • A prompt for every day, written from the end
  • Space for a slip you caught, tonight's scene and a revision
  • Check-ins on days 15, 30 and 45 so you can read back
  • Fill it in on your phone or print the pages
a single day

What a day looks like

About fifteen minutes in total. I've filled in day 12 so you can see what a page looks like.

  1. morning5 min

    Write it as done

Two or three sentences in the present tense. Write "I'm so relieved it worked out" rather than "I want it to work out".

  2. during the day1 min

    Catch one slip

When you notice yourself worrying or checking, write down the thought you'd have if it were already done.

  3. before sleep5 to 10 min

    Replay one small scene

In bed, picture a moment that would only happen afterwards, like a text from someone or a hug. Stay with it until it feels normal.

Morning: write it as done

I'm so relieved it's settled. I keep forgetting I used to worry about it.

A slip I caught today

Checked my phone for news at lunch. Put it down, because there was nothing to check.

Tonight's scene

Telling my sister the news and hearing her laugh because she knew.

Where most of you found me

If you came from a video, here are a few of them.

why not 7 or 30?

Why 45 days

A week is too short, because you finish before the doubts show up. The second week is usually where it gets hard: the novelty has worn off and nothing around you has changed yet.

Forty-five days gets you well past that point. And because you write every day, you end up with a record you can read back on day 40 and compare with day 3.

This probably isn't for you if…

  • you want it to work without doing anythingIt asks for fifteen minutes a day for 45 days. That's the whole deal.
  • you're after ritualsThere's nothing in here about crystals, moon phases or angel numbers.
  • you're going through something heavyThis is a journal. If you are struggling, please talk to a doctor or a therapist first.
  • you want someone to do it for youI can show you the practice. The writing has to be yours.
a note from me

It worked for me.

I'm J. I'm not a coach or a guru, and I'm still figuring plenty out.

I came to the law of assumption tired of trying hard and waiting for things to happen. What changed it for me was one simple practice, done every day, until it felt normal. The Method is that practice, written down so you can follow it.

It changed my life, and I think it could change yours too. I can't guarantee that, and nobody honestly can. So if it isn't right for you, there's a 7-day refund and you don't need to explain.

Questions

Does it work?

It worked for me. Practising every day changed how I think and how I react when things go the old way, and that's when things started to move. It might do the same for you. I can't guarantee it, so there's a 7-day refund if it isn't for you.

Is this religious?

No. Neville Goddard used Bible stories to explain the idea. The Method doesn't, and you don't need to believe in anything to do it.

Do I have to believe it first?

No. Day 1 asks you to write a few lines as if it has already happened. You can do that while doubting every word. In my experience the belief comes later, after enough days of doing it.

What if I miss a day?

Carry on the next day. You don't need to restart or catch up.

What format is it?

One 80-page PDF: the ebook first, then the journal. Fill it in on your phone, or print the journal pages and write by hand.

How quickly do I get it?

Right away. The download link appears on the confirmation page and arrives by email a minute or two later.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Email me within 7 days of buying and I'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.
